Linking an MDSE to SQL Server

I am investigating the use of MSDE to have a local
replicata of a SQL Server based database. Has anyone
tried this?
Yep. Works fine. You have to keep in mind that MSDE can have 2GB of data
maximum, so you might have to limit the data you replicate. And you need
either a processor license on your server or a CAL on your MSDE instance.
